Just getting off the 'vators... taking a look around. Looks like the walls have been painted and the den is still intact, if not missing a few chairs and one of the tables. Nice view of the campus from here. Going to be a heckuva walk, but no pain no gain.

All in all - not too shabby. I think we might stay awhile.
